How do you follow St. Paddy’s Day weekend? With Zoka Cocktail Challenge week, of course! (Think of it as a little Hair of the Dog). We’ve asked 5 of Seattle’s rock star bartenders to create a unique cocktail using Zoka Coffee.
We start with Anu Apte, owner of Rob Roy:
Colonol Fitzroy’s Fizz
1 oz Banks Rum
1 oz Cruzan blackstrap rum
3/4 oz Orgeat
1/8 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz Zoka’s Colonel Fitzroy’s Blend brewed coffee
2 oz soda water
Garnished with shredded coconut that has been infused with Novo Fogo’s Brazilian coffee bitters.
