Paladino is the house espresso in our cafés, and has been since we opened our first café in 1997 - a medium roasted coffee with a combination of sweetness, acidity, body and flavors that have stood the test of time. Wonderful as a drip coffee as well as an espresso. Citrus and chocolate flavors are present from both natural and washed coffees and it has no bitter dark roast overtones. Zoka baristas have twice won First place in the US National Barista Championship featuring Paladino in their espresso beverages.
