Welcome our newest release from the Mierisch Family of Farms in Nicaragua.  This particular harvest comes from the Mama Mina Farm. A Red Catuai varietal that went through a washing process.  

This coffee is sweet, with notes of chocolate, papaya and peach. 

Growing altitude: 1,275 to 1,400 masl
