How do we source?
Zoka Founder Jeff Babcock is still responsible for sourcing each and every coffee we offer. Over his career in coffee, he's built long-term relationships with many coffee farmers around the globe. He was a judge with The Cup of Excellence® for 12 years. During that time he perfected his cupping skills and met many of the best farmers in every coffee producing country around the world. Now he visits the farmers and cups hundreds of coffees each year to select the best to bring home for Zoka. Each Roaster's Choice subscription receives one rotating single origin or Limited Series single origin and one blend.

Which delivery schedule should I pick? Our advice here – 12 oz of coffee, for the average drinker, lasts approx. 14 days of drinking. Every brewing habit is different, but this is a good starting point. If the frequency you chose at sign-up, is too little or too much, it’s easy to adjust it at any time during your subscription period with no penalty.

How fresh is subscription coffee? Every bag of subscription coffee is roasted to order and shipped the next business day. Our Roastery is closed on weekends and holidays, so subscription orders on those days, will roast and ship the next business day.
